Sunday Meal

I love cooking a few meals ahead of time so that way I get to spend more time with family than in the kitchen.  This is one of the meals I cooked and it's very quick and easy.  You'll need to following ingredients to make it.

1 Stick of Butter
1 Pound of Crawfish or Shrimp
2 Cups of Half and Half
Tony Chachere's or any other Seasoning Salt you would like.
1 Bunch of Shallots

Saute shallots in butter, add Crawfish/Shrimp and simmer for 10 minutes

Drain pasta and add to Crawfish/Shrimp mixture
Add Half and Half and Simmer 5 minutes.

Top with grated parmesan cheese and serve with rolls

DELISH!!!!!   ENJOY!!!!

*NOTE*  If you want to make more that what the recipe calls for, double everything.

Line a pathway with rocks painted in Glow in the Dark paint (Rust - Oleum Glow in the Dark Brush on Paint.  During the day they charge in the sun and in the evening they reflect the stored light.  What a great way to give a little glow to your pathway.

Paint flower pots with Rustoleum's Glow in the Dark paint.  It absorbs sunlight and it glows at night.  What a great landscape and gardening idea.   Happy Friday!!!

I've been pretty busy lately planting some new flowers in flower pots and adding some Spring decor to our yard.
I decorated this bird cage a couple of weeks ago and I wanted to share it with you.  I added  it to my outside decor, but decided to take it in to add a little Spring to my foyer .  Bird Cages are really popular this year and I have seen them popping up all over.  Hope you all had a great weekend!!
